MISSION
The League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan organization that encourages informed and active participation of citizens in government; and influences public policy through education and advocacy.

MEMBERSHIP

Membership is open to everyone, including men. New members are welcome at any time and are invited but not required to take part in League activities.  Voting Members must be U.S. citizens who are at least 18 years old.  Associate Members are persons under 18 years of age and/or are not U.S. citizens. Local members are automatically members of the state and national Leagues.
