Voting Qualifications

To be eligible to vote in Pennsylvania elections, you must be:

• a citizen of the United States for at least
  one month before the election
• a resident of Pennsylvania and election
  district for at least 30 days immediately
  preceding the election
• a registered voter, 18 years of age
  or older on the day of the election
