Citizen Education Endowment Fund The League of Women Voters of Pennsylvania-Citizen Education Endowment Fund was established in 2003 at the Greater Harrisburg Foundation. The interest from the endowment will be used on an annual basis for otherwise unfunded current educational needs and operating support. League education programs help encourage greater citizen involvement and understanding of the public policy process. The endowment offers great flexibility in ways donors can help the League:
