LWV Lackawanna County is pleased to host the 2005 LWVPA Convention on June 3 – 5, 2005 at The University of Scranton. The theme of this year’s convention is “Electrifying Democracy”.

Workshops / events are being planned covering a wide array of topics including civil liberties, League nuts & bolts, Democracy Rising, young voters and much more.

First call for convention will be coming out soon, so be sure to watch your mailboxes. Leagues should be thinking about caucus topics.
