Home Rule Charter, Art. 1, Sec. 101: the name of this Home Rule Municipal Corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "Municipality," shall be "Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania." Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania, shall be treated as a first class township under the applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
