Membership Form

The League of Women Voters of the Wilkes-Barre Area is one of the most trusted and respected organizations in our community. Our members are women and men--citizens age 18 or older who seek the opportunity to "lead and serve" by promoting political responsibility through education. Our signature projects are the Voters' Guide, published in the Citizens Voice and on our website just before each election; debates for the primary and general elections; targeted voter education projects; and a reference to look up elected officials with ease, our Government Directory.

Annual membership dues supports the League on three levels.

1. Membership in the League of Women Voters of the Wilkes-Barre Area.

2. Member of LWVPA, our state organization.

3. Member of LWVUS, our national organization.
