Join PA State Rep. Chris Quinn, Senator Tom Killion, Penn State Brandywine Center for Ethics and Civic Engagement, and Open Primaries PA members for a public forum on open primaries and electoral reform. Supporting Open Primaries PA groups include Business for America, Committee of Seventy, League of Women Voters of Pennsylvania, Independent Pennsylvanians and Philly Set Go.

Rep. Quinn and Sen. Killion will discuss open primaries legislation in the General Assembly. A panel discussion featuring nonprofit leaders and subject matter experts will follow:
