2024 LWVPA Lobby Day
LWVPA is excited to announce our 2024 Capitol Lobby Day from 10 AM-3 PM on Wednesday, May 8. Join us at the Capitol in Harrisburg to collaborate with League members, meet with your legislators, and advocate for League priorities like improving elections.
During Lobby Day, League members will meet with their district Representatives and Senators to discuss important policy priorities like voting rights, education, the environment, gun safety, and more! We hope to see representatives from every League in attendance to show our organizational power to affect change.

Ballot Box Basics: AI and Misinformation
The League of Women Voters of Pennsylvania is pleased to present Ballot Box Basics: Information Every Voter Needs, a free webinar series open to the public. These monthly webinars will discuss important topics like registering to vote, voting integrity, your polling place, voter ID requirements, election security, constitutional amendments, and Pennsylvania government.
Our August program will feature Thad Hall, Mercer County Director of Elections, and Timothy Benyo, Lehigh County Chief Clerk - Registration and Elections for a discussion on election integrity.

The basic workings of our elections have become a source of contention in communities across the country. How do we find reliable information about elections? How can we effectively share that information? The Pitt Disinformation Lab’s Lara Putnam joins the League of Women Voters of Westmoreland for a timely conversation about talking across divides and strengthening trust in our elections.
