An Introduction to Braver Angels

Hosted by the League of Women Voters of Chester County

Braver Angels is part of a national movement to bridge the partisan divide in an effort to strengthen our democratic republic.  The organization is balanced at every level of leadership, from the national level to local alliances, with equal numbers of Reds and Blues (and also welcomes "purples").   Braver Angels offers community workshops, debates, and structured conversations that give people with different political beliefs the opportunity to listen to each other, find common ground where it exists, and disagree respectfully - and with more understanding - where it doesn’t. They will provide an overview about the work of the organization, explain the “Braver Angels Way”, and introduce a sample exercise. All are welcome to attend.

Location: Struble Room, Chester County Library, 450 Exton Square Pkwy, Exton, PA 19341
