Our expert panelists will discuss how modern elections have been affected by the Electoral College; how the votes of people of color have been devalued by the Electoral College; and the current movement to shut down the effects of the Electoral College with the National Popular Vote Contract.

The forum will take place on Wednesday, October 1, in Stroudsburg, PA.  Our co-sponsor is the Greater Pocono Section of the National Council of Negro Women.
