Conversation with PA Poor People’s Campaign

There were 140 million Americans living in poverty or one emergency away from economic ruin before the pandemic. Today, millions continue living on the edge of hunger or eviction, without access to health care or living wages.

They are the people most vulnerable to decisions like the potential overturning of Roe v. Wade. They are the people most vulnerable to climate change, systemic racism, and economic oppression.

This June, we're joining the Poor People's Campaign in demonstrating the power of poor and low-income people and demanding systemic change. RSVP here. Sign up for a rideshare here.

On May 23rd at 12 PM, Jae Hubay, state campaign organizer for the PA Poor People’s Campaign: A National Call for Moral Revival, will share about the history & goals of the campaign, as well as how you can get involved in this moral movement to fight poverty, not the poor.
