Gun Violence as a Public Health Approach

This virtual event will spotlight an original research project conducted by our interns, exploring the intersection of gun violence and public health. Their presentation will examine key findings, policy implications, and innovative strategies for addressing this urgent issue through a health-centered lens. Following the presentation, there will be an open discussion and Q&A session, offering attendees the opportunity to engage directly with the presenters and contribute their perspectives. We strongly encourage League members, students, educators, and community members interested in public health, social justice, or policy reform to attend. Registration is free and open to all. We look forward to your participation in what promises to be an informative and inspiring evening!
