Information Needed Regarding Canceled Mail-in Ballots

LWVPA is committed to ensuring that all eligible voters are able to make their voices heard every election, whether in person or via mail-in ballot.

For years, we have advocated for no-excuse mail-in voting, engaging in litigation when necessary to prevent disenfranchisement due to errors such as undated ballots.

Our goal has always been to prevent the undue cancellation of mail-in ballots and to ensure that all who choose to vote by mail have their voices heard on election day.

To that end, LWVPA needs your help this election season to identify voters whose ballots were canceled. If you or someone you know has received notice that their mail-in ballot was canceled, please fill out this form notifying the state League.

This information may help prevent future disenfranchisement of PA voters. Email samantha.anthony@palwv.org with any questions.
