Submit Comments to the Basic Education Funding Commission

On February 7, 2023, the PA Commonwealth Court declared Pennsylvania’s funding formula for public schools unconstitutional. The Basic Education Funding Commission (BEFC) was then created to develop the formula for how tax dollars will be allocated to all schools across the commonwealth. Right now, the BFEC is seeing public comment from citizens on how they would like to see the formula written. We need your input!
